This two bedroom two ½ bath Caribbean style home sits 200 feet directly above Chocolate Hole Bay. It faces west with absolutely panoramic views of the bay, various islands and cays and St. Thomas and St. Croix in the distance. Watch the boats sail by and enjoy spectacular sunsets from every room in the house.



Iguana Inn has a large living room with cathedral ceilings and an attached tiled covered deck and dining area. One of it's most distinctive features is the beautiful island stonework, including large arched doorways and windows
in an open-air style atmosphere.



The home offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the extras, attractive dining and barware and barbeque grill. The two bedrooms are fully screened and have both split system air conditioning and cable tv, one with a queen bed and
the other a king or two twins.



This home is very tastefully furnished with mahogany and sea grass pieces and colorfully decorated with original local art and crafts. The mature landscaping boasts fruit trees as well as many beautiful flowering plants and allows for several peaceful nooks to enjoy a restful stay.


Iguana Inn is the main living area of a two story home. The owners live in a lower apartment, and are very respectful of your privacy. They are available for your convenience and questions if desired.
